Elite Tertiary Education Consulting (ETEC)
College readiness, mentorship, and strategic consulting for underserved youth and families
Project Synopsis
In 2024, Cranford Eclectic collaborated with Pamela Floyd-Cranford — former Director within Connecticut’s Department of Children and Families and an elected member of Manchester’s Board of Directors — to launch Elite Tertiary Consulting LLC (ETEC). With a vision rooted in educational equity, youth development, and community uplift, ETEC was founded to provide college and career readiness, mentorship, and strategic consulting to underserved youth and families across Connecticut.
To bring this vision to life, Cranford Eclectic led the full lifecycle of ETEC’s launch — from legal formation to brand identity to digital execution. We registered the LLC with the state, designed the original Squarespace CMS website, and developed all core branding, including logos, flagship visuals, and digital content strategy.
Ongoing work includes managing ETEC’s website updates, writing and distributing press releases and blogs, and producing event flyers and promotional materials. These efforts have positioned ETEC — and Pamela Floyd-Cranford — as leading advocates and practitioners in Connecticut’s youth empowerment and college access space.
