Hartford North End Little League

Project Overview

Since 2017, Cranford Eclectic has proudly partnered with Hartford North End Little League (HNLL) to design, launch, and manage their official website, HNLL.org, using the SportsEngine content management system. This digital platform was built to meet the unique needs of the league — streamlining player registration, event scheduling, and league communication for families and volunteers across Hartford’s North End.

HNLL is more than just a baseball program. It’s a vital community hub that empowers youth through structured mentorship, team-building, and life skills development. The website plays a critical role in keeping families informed and engaged, ensuring every child has the opportunity to grow through the values of sportsmanship, discipline, and community pride.

Goals & Deliverables

• CMS Implementation: Integrated and customized SportsEngine CMS to manage seasonal player signups, league divisions, and schedule updates
• User Experience (UX): Created an intuitive, mobile-friendly interface for parents, players, and coaches to access critical info easily
• Content Management: Maintained up-to-date news, announcements, team schedules, field locations, and registration deadlines
• Community Engagement: Promoted inclusivity and transparency by providing a digital platform accessible to all neighborhood families
• Ongoing Management: Provided continuous website support, content updates, and seasonal redesigns to align with evolving league needs
